Introduction of Main Components
Structure type: Double-side,360°Rotation, manual expanding, which insures steel coil feed alternatively and go into accumulator freely.

2. Vertical Accumulator
It is used for the storage of the steel strips, stored shall be enough to ensure main machine to run continuously while welding two coiled strips.

3. Forming, welding and sizing unit
- Material feeding and leveling device:
Nine-roller passive leveling, one pair of guiding roll, which flatter the strip before formed.

4. Guiding, Welding scraping and deburring apparatus
- One set of guide roll stand for controlling direction of pipe seam.

5. Sizing device
- Mainly fine shaping pipes after welding and controlling size accuracy.
- Each 6 sets of horizontal roll stand and vertical roll stand and gearbox branch, 12 universal transmission shafts (Structure as same as the forming device)
6. Main driving system
The main unit is connected with main reducer by main motor and transmits power to gearbox branches, then gearbox branches drive upper and down shafts on the horizontal roll frame.
