1. Hydraulic coil car

  • The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.
  • It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with four guide pillars.
  • It drives by cycloidal motor

It is used to lift and down, move forward and back to make it easy to load the coils on decoiler. When the coils on decoiler, the car will return back to the start position. It can also carry back the unfinished coils from decoiler.

2. Hydraulic de-coiler

  • Support the steel coil and de-coiling
  • Main structure: steel plate, four arc-shaped plates, sliding block, main shaft, side plate, bearing, bearing seat, etc., with a load-bearing capacity of 15 tons.
  • It is equipped with adjustable brake system to prevent the steel coil from free running

3. Press and pinch device

  • It is good for improving the plates’ surface and do straighten then guiding the steel plates into next process.
  • It is made by 5 leveling rollers, drive device, 2 pinch roller and frame. Every roller is the main driving rollers.
  • The gap between rollers can be adjusted manually to make sure the leveling quality.

4. Slitting machine

  • Main structure: steel plate, casting seat, universal joint drive.
